ASPIRE Program Overview:

The ASPIRE Program is a 12-24-month rotational program beginning June 2023 with 18 months of professional development (1 module/quarter). Participants will go through rotations within their specified business unit to gain insight and skills needed to be successful in their field. The program combines real-world special projects, ongoing learning and development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, including leadership, to create a well-rounded future leader.

 

What we need:

 

Mohawk is looking for an ASPIRE Product Management Associate to work with our Commercial team, rotating through product management, product development, and our research and design teams. Each rotations will be 8 months and we're looking for a creative engineer/science type to really excel in this role!

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Assist with process improvements for custom product development and design
  • Provide research and testing for new products, looking for innovative ideas for new products
  • Identify improvements for current products, ways to increase efficiences and enhance quality 
  • Communicate with multiple teams and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What you have:

 

  • Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, material science, industrial engineering, design/product management, or related 
  • Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
  • 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
  • Experience in Manufacturing (a plus)
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
  • A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations

  • Domestic travel will be required and will be reimbursed
