Primary Objective:

  • Business Administrator maximizing efficiency, innovation, and adoption of the features and benefits of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including both Planning and Reporting functions.  Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards, and policies across Flooring North America (FNA).


Major Function and Scope:

  • Function as a key member of the SAC team for reporting requests to: facilitate discussions to understand and document business requirements, translate business requirements and partner with Information Systems team(s) to plan and organize data and metrics to ensure timely delivery of the requirement, monitor development of the report, and ensure final deliverable meets users’ needs. Stay current with the periodic SAC releases and innovation to leverage where applicable.
  • Work closely with business functions to ensure SAC effectively meets the needs of sales, operations, manufacturing, finance, planning, product management, and other teams in each business unit.
  • Pursue opportunities to offer improvements and recommend high-quality business solutions on the SAC platform, including streamlining and harmonizing processes across diverse business units.
  • Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
  • Support the business units within FNA with administrative functions, including but not limited to: initial user setup, layout and/or formatting changes, version management, etc.


Type of Experience and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience with large-scale report development and rollouts, as well as the related change management and relationship management across multiple business units. Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency levels in: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as business writing.  Preferably the candidate has experience with business intelligence and/or report development tools.



  • Ability to exercise good judgment, problem solving ability, and resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrated process improvement capabilities in a corporate or consulting setting
  • Proven ability to drive change through influence in large scale initiatives.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical functions and departments, up to and including Director-level roles across the business.
  • Leadership skills that motivate internal customers without having direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Skill set that includes ability to work independently, set priorities, handle multiple tasks with concentration, speed, and accuracy to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Limited to no travel required.
