The Sr Supply Chain Systems Support Specialist serves as Senior Professional for the supply chain systems team and is responsible for overseeing the development, deployment and daily support for supply chain related applications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for 2nd level support resolution of escalated, or complex issues related to ERP and non-ERP production troubleshooting, software launches, testing and updates.
  • Develop and conduct training for new team members and is prepared to knowledge share and transfer when needed.
  • Monitors daily productivity of team through research and analysis to ensure correct procedures are followed and resolved. 
  • Identifies systems, testing and workflow improvements to drive and enhance overall process efficiency and compliance.
  • Coaches and guides the supply chain system specialists.
  • Development & execution of reports that support supply chain processes and result in data validations and overall system efficiencies.
  • Demonstrates working relationships with others and drives group solutions.
  • Review and approve security profile modules.
  • Serves as a business liaison for supply chain processes and special projects assigned.


Must be proficient in the following programs:

  • SAP (Systems Applications & Products) 
  • STO; SO; TM; Web-Dyn-Pro; EWM)
  • Sales Force (Service cloud; Communities Pro-Exchange)
  • IBM Sterling (Oasis)
  • Other: Domo; Power BI and other Reporting Systems
  • Red Prairie (WMS) 
  • Customer Relationship Applications or Databases

 

Experienced and Knowledge Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.  
  • 6-10 years of related work experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Distribution or Logistics environment.
  • Must be able to lead and coach other team members to assist with training and technical issues. Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship building skills. Adept in problem solving skills, can determine root causes of issues while also creating proactive solutions for future issues.  Must have an intermediate to experienced level of computer skills in required systems.  Must be able to provide training in classroom environment. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities and manage time effectively.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
