Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Maintenance Associate to join our TEAM! As the Maintenance Associate, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as performing routine maintenance and loading and unloading pallets.

Pay Rate: $19.13

Shift: 1st Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00AM-3:30PM

Primary Objective 

• Performs routine maintenance tasks of a general nature such as cleaning, operating sweeper, and emptying trash receptacles

Major Function and Scope 

• Operate Sit Down and/or Sweeper to maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure all areas are clean and orderly
• Load and unload pallets
• Collect empty and/or broken pallets throughout the facility.
• Keeps supervisor informed of any problem areas.
• Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
• Keeps work areas safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required

Experience and Knowledge Required 

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred. 

Competencies 

• Ability to understand and speak basic English. Ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner
