Location: El Paso, TX 79934 (Northeast El Paso)
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour, plus shift differential of $1.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday 6PM - 6AM, Wednesday 6PM- 12AM 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor tiles entering and exiting the kiln to ensure efficient process operation.
• Inspect tiles for any defects to uphold quality standards.
• Record kiln temperature every hour throughout the shift to maintain process control.
• Collect tile samples for laboratory analysis as required.
• Observe equipment and processes, promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to ISO operating procedures and control plans to ensure compliance.
• Foster a team environment through cooperation and effective communication with team members.
• Maintain a clean workstation, comply with all safety and health regulations, and be ready to start work at shift change.
• Demonstrate safe work practices consistently.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Education & Knowledge:

• 0-1 year of prior experience in manufacturing or production.
