Tile- Sample Line Operator- D shift

Dal-Tile is seeking a full-time Sample Line Operator on night shift. 6pm-6am

Major Functions:

• Helps to maintain a safe, healthy and organized working environment for all areas.
• Ensures all safety protocols throughout the plant are adhered too.
• Follows the Quality Management System, which is certified to ISO 9001:2008 for operations.
• Safely collect tile samples in a verity of sizes from the exit of the  Kiln.
• Measure for size and appropriately mark each tile.
• Sort samples via glaze lines.
• Transport via tricycle to matching glaze line pre-shade board.
• Display samples according to procedure.
• Transport samples to other departments as needed.
• Performs general maintenance on  assigned equipment.
• Monitors equipment and/or processes and ensures timely reporting of any unusual problems to supervisor.
• Follows company operating procedures and guidelines.
•  Performs other related duties as required.
