The Supply Chain Associate is a newly established performer that supports various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
***This role is based out of East Dallas, TX

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
- Support logistics coordination, including tracking shipments, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in supply chain management systems.
- Contribute basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Under the direction of experienced team members: perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to support overall supply chain objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Using knowledge gained through resources, develop fundamental knowledge of functional practice, policy, and day-to-day execution requirements.
- Use solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
- With oversight, begin to apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite products.
