The Supply Chain Associate is a newly established performer that supports various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

 

***This role is based out of East Dallas, TX

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Support logistics coordination, including tracking shipments, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in supply chain management systems.
  • Contribute basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Under the direction of experienced team members: perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to support overall supply chain objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Using knowledge gained through resources, develop fundamental knowledge of functional practice, policy, and day-to-day execution requirements.
  • Use solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
  • With oversight, begin to apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.   
  • 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.   

 

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite products.
