The Sr Manager Integration is a senior-level leader that is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of complex system integrations to ensure seamless communication and data flow between different software components, often acting as a bridge between application code and the underlying infrastructure. This role drives strategic initiatives for integration across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring high performance, security, privacy and reliability.

This role is based out of East Dallas, TX (4 Days Onsite & 1 day WFH Tu, Wed or Thurs)This role does not offer relocation or sponsorship assistance*

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Leads the design, development, and management of system integration solutions across various platforms and applications.
  • Manages a team responsible for delivering high-quality, secure integration solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborates with IT, development and business teams to define integration requirements and implement solutions.
  • Accountable that all standards are followed to maintain applications in a compliant manner, and compliance processes are optimized to achieve adequate audit results for internal and external audits and ensuring that IT meets all compliance commitments including, SOX, mandatory trainings, records management, privacy and security commitments.
  • Understand the impact of the compliance requirements on systems and data for inclusion in architecture planning and process design
  • Ensures smooth integration of internal and external systems, APIs, and databases.
  • Oversees the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration platforms and workflows.
  • Develops and implements best practices for integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provides guidance on integration standards, data governance, and security protocols.
  • Supports the integration of new technologies and platforms to improve system interoperability.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and transformations.
  • Tracks emerging trends and advancements in system integration to drive innovation.
  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
  • Frequently interacts with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers of the company.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

 

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 8-10 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.

 

Competencies:

  • Experience with integration solutions to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with integration middleware (e.g., Biztalk, Mulesoft) required. 
  • Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server). 
  • Experience with design, build, deployment and management of APIs. 
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWSAzure, or Google Cloud.
  • Assessing employee performance, providing feedback, and developing talent succession and performance improvement plans.
  • Managing the overall continuing education/training of team, including identifying learning needs, developing training strategies (including cross-training across the team), and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Identifying and analyzing stakeholders, building trust and rapport, communicating effectively, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
  • Emerging understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
  • Focused on and responsible for their team's productivity and collective impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
