Job Objective: 

 

The Senior Finance Analyst is a critical contributor to financial strategy, supporting capital planning, risk, and liability management initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable insights, solve complex financial challenges, and improve financial performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of market dynamics and industry standards to influence decision-making and drive disciplined, data-driven outcomes.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: 
•    Maintain a thorough understanding of the incentive plan component(s) to ensure payments are accurate and in compliance with each participant’s sales incentive plan document.
•    Compile, evaluate, and analyze incentive compensation information from multiple systems.
•    Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets critical to the reporting and processing of compensation plans.
•    Work closely with the management regarding compensation plan communication and education.
•    Respond to incentive inquiries including conducting research and preparing incentive related adjustments.
•    Provide prompt, accurate and thorough feedback to participants and sales leaders, as a business partner.
•    Administer monthly manual incentive calculations.
•    Collaborate with business development to expand our reporting in current and new incentive plans.
•    Reconciles balance sheet accounts as required.
•    Monitors headcount reports to detect areas of improvement.
•    Performs other related analytical duties as required.

 

Required Experience and Education: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent education and/or experience.
•    4-6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. 
•    CPA or CMA certification preferred.

•    Applies critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions
•    Effectively prioritizes workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•    Identifies and supports process improvements and operational efficiencies
•    Advanced Excel skills, including modeling of new and existing incentive plan
•    Ability to quickly learn multiple systems and extract/analyze data as needed
•    Works independently with minimal supervision
•    Collaborates effectively as a key member of cross-functional teams
•    Capable of leading projects and serving in a project management role when required
