Job Objective:

The Sr Manager Real Estate is a senior-level leader that proactively oversees the organization’s real estate portfolio, driving initiatives that align with business objectives and growth strategies. This role leads high-impact projects, manages a team, and ensures the efficient execution of real estate transactions and portfolio optimization efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: 

· Execute strategic plans for managing the organization’s real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, leases, and dispositions.

· Lead negotiations for complex real estate transactions, securing favorable terms and mitigating risks.

· Oversee lease administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely renewals, amendments, or terminations.

· Analyze real estate market trends, property valuations, and economic conditions to identify opportunities and address challenges.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations, to align real estate activities with organizational goals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, landlords, and external partners to streamline real estate transactions.

· Conduct detailed financial analyses, such as ROI assessments and cost-benefit evaluations, to support strategic decision-making.

· Monitor and report on the performance of the real estate portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies related to real estate transactions and property management.

· Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.

· Develop and present comprehensive real estate strategies, plans, and recommendations to senior leadership.

· Manage large-scale real estate projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deadlines.

· Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to enhance real estate management efficiency.

· Provide expert insights and support for site selection, property development, and organizational growth initiatives.

· Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

· Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.

· Frequently interacts with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers of the company.

· Performs other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education: 

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

· 8-10 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

· 3-5 years of management experience.
