The Product Content and Synidcation Analyst supports the management, optimization, and distribution of product data through a product syndication platform such as Salsify. This role ensures accurate, complete, and consistent product information is published across retailer, distributor, and internal digital channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable collaborating with product, marketing, eCommerce, and IT teams.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and enrichment of product content within Salsify or similar syndication/PIM tools
- Manage product attributes, descriptions, specifications, imagery, documents, and taxonomy alignment
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and retailer requirements
- Coordinate content updates related to new product launches, updates, and discontinuations
- Act as a support resource for internal teams using product content systems
- Perform audits and quality checks on syndicated product data
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities to improve content quality and performance
- Support content optimization efforts (SEO, enhanced content, imagery standards, etc.)
- Facilitate execution of customer requests to ensure delivery expectations are met.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and execute projects.
- Ability to support DAM-to-PIM integrations, ensuring assets are correctly linked, published, and updated
- Analyze product data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze channel usage metrics such as: Syndication status and success rates, content completeness and attribute coverage, asset usage and publishing frequency.
- Build and maintain dashboards or reports using platform native tools or external reporting tools. (BI Tools)
- Translate metrics into actional insights for content quality, adoption and performance improvements.
- Facilitate day-to-day marketing support for various teams.
- Develop training materials as needed for new initiatives as needed.
- Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
- Perform accurate analyses, test supporting systems, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
- Draw from prior experience, interpret facts, and identify incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.
- Use innovative solutions to improve marketing asset management and team efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to entry-level professionals on marketing assets.
- Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 2 to 4 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Experience working with PIM, DAM, or syndication platforms preferred
- Familiarity with digital commerce workflows and content optimization practices

- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
