The Marketing Specialist is an established performer who supports General Marketing functions and projects by applying a strong knowledge of industry practices and standards. This role is responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives.

This position is located at the Dallas Corporate office and is an on-site role. This is not a work-from-home position.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing materials for various platforms.

  • Facilitate the execution of customer requests to ensure delivery expectations are met.

  • Collaborate with managers and cross-functional partners to develop and execute marketing projects.

  • Analyze market data and identify key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Provide timely and accurate proofing, fact-checking, copywriting, editing, and formatting support during new product launch initiatives.

  • Execute merchandising programs for various initiatives and collaborate with the Merchandising Programs Manager to report on key metrics.

  • Support marketing campaigns aligned with the annual strategic plan to expand market share and support growth objectives.

  • Provide day-to-day marketing support for internal teams.

  • Assist in the development of product sales tools and marketing campaigns to support product launches.

  • Develop training materials as needed for new initiatives.

  • Participate in projects and assignments as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Conduct research and analysis, draw conclusions, and identify potential impacts to job or work areas.

  • Interpret data, identify anomalies or gaps, and apply prior experience to solve problems.

  • Apply innovative solutions to enhance individual work and, where applicable, team effectiveness.

  • Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.

  • Influence others within the job area through clear communication of facts, policies, and procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • Two to four years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital technologies.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Express, and Premiere.

Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles, as well as industry practices and standards.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
