The Showroom Summer Intern will support the Showroom and Merchandising team through showroom refresh initiatives, inventory catalog development, and digital merchandising projects. This internship offers a hands-on mentorship opportunity where the selected candidate will gain practical experience in showroom strategy, product presentation, and customer selection processes within a showroom environment. This internship is structured as a project-based experience to be completed within the 12-week program. This position is located at the Basalt Showroom and is an onsite internship opportunity. This is not a remote role. The selected intern will present project outcomes at our annual Intern Expo Day on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

Schedule: Full-time, hourly

Required: Must be available for the full program duration and attend/present at Intern Expo Day

Project Scope & Responsibilities

The Showroom Summer Intern will support the following initiatives:

Expected hourly pay rates for the role will be $19 or $21 an hour at the commencement of employment (based on class year). Compensation and range may vary by location. Final base pay is determined based on job-related factors such as work location, skills, experience, education, and training, consistent with applicable state and local laws. Base pay is one component of the total compensation package, which may also include incentive compensation, commissions (if applicable), discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and company-sponsored benefits.

- Design Appointments with the team
